Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and b bajee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the b bajee website at https://b-bajee.com, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement, including any additional policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the b bajee platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the b bajee platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- You must be 18 years of age or older. b bajee operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds held pending verification review.
- You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of b bajee or any of its associated companies, subsidiaries, or technology partners.
b bajee employs automated age-verification checks during the registration process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.
Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from b bajee or any affiliated platform are not permitted to create a new account during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a different name, email address, or payment method is a violation of this Agreement and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Account Registration & Security
Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the b bajee platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, b bajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep all registration information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b bajee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. b bajee will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered Bangladesh mobile number for enhanced account security.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared devices.
- Contact b bajee support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
b bajee will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security practices or has shared their credentials with a third party.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
b bajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. The platform does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These thresholds may be revised by b bajee at any time with reasonable notice provided on the platform. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not yet completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process must do so before any withdrawal request can be processed. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation. b bajee is committed to maintaining a platform free from money laundering and will report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities as required.
Deposits made to b bajee are for the sole purpose of wagering on games and betting markets available on the platform. b bajee should not be used as a money storage facility. Accounts that show a pattern of depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful wagering activity may be reviewed and may have withdrawal requests delayed pending compliance checks.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
b bajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms will take precedence for that particular promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific bonus offer, the following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on b bajee:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live dealer table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant bonus offer terms.
- b bajee reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and/or close an account if evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change taking effect.
Standard Wagering Requirement
The default wagering requirement on b bajee bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable as cash.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Dispute Resolution

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the b bajee platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, outstanding balances may be forfeited, and b bajee reserves the right to report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund an account.
- Money Laundering: Using b bajee as a conduit to process funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
- Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional structures through systematic low-risk wagering, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other players.
- Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with games, place bets, or access account features without manual human input.

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first attempting resolution through b bajee's support process. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at b bajee staff, other players, or any party connected to the platform.
b bajee employs automated fraud detection systems and human review teams to monitor for prohibited conduct on an ongoing basis. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be notified of account action via their registered email address. Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
b bajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 after the first 12-month period of inactivity, provided that the remaining balance is sufficient to cover the fee without going negative.
- A player's voluntary request to close their account or to self-exclude from the platform.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected] from their registered email address. Upon receipt of a verified closure request, b bajee will process any outstanding eligible balance via the player's verified payment method and close the account within 5 business days.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During the self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and cannot be reopened. Players who have permanently self-excluded may request account reopening after a mandatory 6-month cooling-off period, subject to a review process and confirmation that the request is being made voluntarily and without duress.
b bajee accepts no liability for losses incurred by a player during any period in which their account should have been closed or suspended but was not, due to circumstances outside b bajee's reasonable control, including platform technical failures or failures by the player to notify b bajee of their wish to self-exclude in a timely manner.
Self-Exclusion Options
Request self-exclusion for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent closure. All self-exclusion periods are enforced immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
